I am an engineer-turned-designer who found the world of design when he understood the computer science they teach in college is not the same as that in school. Since my first year of college in 2018, I have tried out various design domains, like Graphic, 3D and motion, but UI/UX has been the one that stuck.
After taking time to develop basic skills, I started interning at bootstrapped startups. In this time I gained experience of working with PMs and developers on real design problems. In early 2021, I also got my first freelance project.
I joined the 4th cohort of the 10k Designers UI/UX Program in July 2021. It was an amazing experience where I got to meet designers from all parts of the country. During this cohort I understood the value of community, which led to me being a founding member of IxDA Vellore.
In the spirit of community, I love talking about design with my peers. I also actively look to help designers who are just starting out.
